accessibility policy
Effective Date: 6 April 2026
Version: 1.2
digital integrity is an ethical act
At madkind, we believe that if a system isn't accessible, it isn't ethical. Most brands treat accessibility as a legal checkbox; we treat it as a foundational constraint of humaneOS v1.0™.
our commitments
We aim to make madkind.com accessible and usable for all people, regardless of ability or technology. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and strive to:
- no engineered urgency: We have removed all countdown timers, pop-ups, and pressure tactics. We respect hesitation as a valid state.
- clear navigation: We use a mobile-first, vertical panel architecture with high-contrast, readable fonts (bogart bold and Avenir).
- semantic integrity: Our site is built for keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility, avoiding "focus traps" and semantic noise.
- visual clarity: We provide alt text for images and captions for videos. We never rely on color alone to convey critical information.
human & Ai support
